We want to hear from young people and parents or carers from Asian backgrounds about their experiences accessing mental health support. If you’ve ever tried to get help (for yourself or for your child), your perspective can help shape more inclusive and accessible support for others. The survey is anonymous, should take only about 5 minutes, and is open to both young people and parents/carers. Your feedback will help The Sandbox, and Hertfordshire partners, understand what works well, what doesn’t, and where things need to improve.
The Healthier Together website is a local online resource for families and professionals that provides clear information and advice, on how to manage a range of minor illnesses for children and young people as well as clear signposting to local services.
There are many different words and acronyms used throughout the CYPMHS system. In Hertfordshire, we have developed a shared language glossary to make it easier for everyone to understand.
Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) make up a whole system of support services that all sit under one ‘umbrella’ CYPMHS system to support the emotional wellbeing and mental health needs of Hertfordshire’s children and young people.
Have you found the support you are looking for today?
We want to make sure this website can meet your needs, so please share any feedback that you think will help us to improve the CYPMHS HertsHub website!
